Should Men Shy Away From Penis Enlargement Pills?
For over ten years now, pharmaceuticals have taken the forefront in advertising their medications for increasing men’s sexual experiences by marketing pills for erectile dysfunction and penis enlargement pills. The consumer is constantly and consistently blasted by television commercials on the hundreds of different types of medications.
The popularity and promotions of these products carry with them so called guaranteed results to the men that use them. A prime example would be the product Enzyte which is manufactured by Berkely Neutraceuticals. They have promised the consumer a penis growth of up to 41% while the man is taking the Enzyte penis enlargement pills. Only recently, Berkely Neutraceuticals has modified that claim. They now state that by taking Enzyte penis pills, one will attain a fuller and higher quality erection. Dr. Sydney Wolfe, a renowned consumer advocate, has commented that the influx of this so called “growth” from natural male enhancement medication results in a much lower quality of products available. Dr. Wolfe’s opinion regarding these companies is that most just try to make a quick dollar by grinding up any type of root available, bottling the product, and then quickly selling the new “natural” male enhancement product.
Many companies that partake in the sale and manufacture of these penis enlargement pills for men have really taken it easy when it comes to their quality of their products that they sell. Many of these products that are produced and sold are very similar to many other drugs on the market. Only this time the companies state that their products offer better results to the unsuspecting man. These manufacturers unlike those of pharmaceutical companies are not required by law to prove their safety of their products. A bill was passed by the United States Congress in 1994 that shields them from having to prove their safety and value of these penis pills products. Their main purpose for getting this bill passed was to dissociate them with the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) where the FDA requires information on all testing of the products being manufactured.
One particular U.S. Senator, Orrin Hatch of Utah, supported this bill. He supported the bill because the herbal supplements have a strong $3 billion industry in his state alone. Before this bill was passed there were approximately 4,000 penis pills available. After the bill’s passing, more than 30,000 products are available today. Arizona Attorney General, Terry Goddard, believes that many Americans put too much faith into these penis enlargement pills. He feels that the consumer lives in a fantasy by thinking that by somehow taking a magic penis pill will cure all of their ailments.
Although, one should remember that the industry as a whole is not corrupted. There are companies out there who truly manufacture and sell safe and high quality penis enlargement pills to men. Products like X4 Extender, Sinrex Pills, and Penis Health Exercises are just a few that have gained respect in this overcrowded market.
